Cathy Radcliffe is an Accredited Executive Coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited with the ANLP. An experienced Trainer and Facilitator specialising in the key areas of workplace communication and confidence, she has over 17 years of professional experience in general management and operations management in start-ups and SME’s.

Her warm, open and direct style enables her to research, design and deliver innovative and inspirational training programs that get the most out of people and businesses by increasing motivation, effectiveness, and focus which expands self-awareness and develops a flexible effective, and influential styles of communicating.

Often described as a natural coach/trainer, Cathy has extensive expertise in helping teams and individuals achieve excellence in the workplace. She is committed to ensuring that the training she delivers responds to individual needs and knows how to embed them into the training to increase the meaningfulness of the learning programme.

Prior to focusing on her coaching and training practice, Cathy benefitted from over 17 years’ professional experience engaging with people at a variety of functional levels and across a wide range of business sectors. Eight years’ of which she was the Founder & Managing Director of a successful London based marketing agency.   By combining her own practical knowledge and experience of the workplace with cutting edge coaching and training techniques, Cathy is able to work with individuals and businesses to facilitate lasting change in a short space of time. Consequently, she has a well-respected client portfolio.
