Elaine Rudnicki




Elaine incorporates a wide range of body-mind healing modalities, cognitive tools and spiritual teachings for the benefit of individuals, groups and her online programs.  She teaches how to make conscious, confident and creative change in order to reap the joys and benefits of an authentically mindful life.

Relocating to France from Canada to perform as a professional contemporary dancer, she retains the love of improvisation and the experience of freedom in one’s body-mind as the prerequisite for following one’s joy.

Following her dance career, Elaine held managerial positions in the United Nations, IMG Artists, the Canadian Cultural Centre, Paris.  She also ran an international cultural consulting business.

She discovered yoga and meditation at the Himalayan Institute, Pennsylvania in the 1970s and has trained extensively in the wisdom traditions of yoga and Buddhism ever since.

She ran Yoga Studio Paris from 2005 to 2012 for mindfulness-based therapies and stress reduction.

Elaine is a certified coach in Presence-based Coaching, the Law of Attraction with the QSCA and in Strategic Intervention Coaching with the Robbins Madanes Centre, USA.

She holds advanced Yoga Therapy and Group Facilitation certifications from the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Training Centre, USA and is a certified yoga and meditation teacher in Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Elaine’s higher education includes a BA from York University, Canada and a Masters from the University of Paris-Dauphine, France.  Elaine is a member of the Association for the Development of Mindfulness in France since its creation and teaches MBSR – Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, in France since 2008.

She created the body-mind system called Awakened Coaching (Eveil Coaching®) for body-mind-heart integration. She works in English and in French in her studio in the Pays de la Loire Region and in Paris and by Skype.
