Katrin Jonas is an internationally working Holistic Therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Meditation Mentor from Germany specialising in tailor-made stress management, body-mind integration and movement meditations.
From a very early age on, she was interested in exploring the capacities and secrets of her own body. Having trained as an artistic gymnast in Germany from the age of 6, it was not too surprising that she later on chose a career that is related to body and movement. After having finished her studies, she worked as a PE teacher. By and by, she longed for deeper experiences and decided to train as a Physiotherapist and Feldenkrais Practitioner. As someone who is extremely curious about how the human body works, Katrin also trained in additional holistic therapies such as Reflexology, Ayurveda, relaxation methods or treatments for women’s health. She has been practising meditation for 20 years and also explored techniques such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Vipassana, Mindfulness and OSHO Active Meditations.

Over the years, she developed her own condensed approach to self-awareness and meditation. She calls what she does “BodyWareness” because, from her perspective, when it comes to health and well-being, awareness of one’s body is the key for any lasting change.
Katrin is dedicated to a highly personalised way of working. She sees clients from various walks of life, from different nationalities, backgrounds and cultures. Her portfolio includes meditation and “BodyWareness” sessions, workshops, retreats as well as “BodyWareness” trainings for therapists and health professionals. Katrin is also the founder of BMDe® (Body-Mind-Deprogramming) which is an intensive meditation-based process for self-development carefully designed in collaboration with Dr Nidal Moughrabi, an expert for Medical Hypnosis. Although based in London, Katrin travels a lot and works in several European cities. The book “Meditation: Body Bliss & Inner Glow” is Katrin’s debut that highlights her work.
