Tomasz Nędzi has been involved in managing change since 1993. He started his first enterprise at 19 years old while studying at Management Faculty of Warsaw’s University. After graduating, he joined IBM to consult and project manage national telco operator NASK.
He graduated from Executive MBA (Warsaw University of Technology, London Business School, HEC, NHH) and started his own training and consulting enterprise Skills® in 2004 which continues to thrive under his management. Consequently, he has trained thousands of project managers, risk managers and program managers as a PRINCE2® / Agile PM® / MSP® / M_o_R® / P3O® / OBASHI / Facilitation Approved Trainer.
He added coaching to his skill set in 2009 and graduated from Noble Manhattan with a Practitioner Coach Diploma and an Executive & Corporate Coach Diploma. He is an Accredited Practitioner Coach with the International Institute of Coaching & Mentoring (IIC&M). Tomasz is also the Head of country representative for IIC&M in Poland.
Tomasz is a sought after public speaker and writer for national and international publications. He promotes best management practices including coaching, mentoring and facilitation for professionals.
